Welcome to BKK Muay Thai - The no fight - fight club
Our private and semi-private, fitness based training sessions are designed around you and your current levels of fitness and ability. So there's no need to ever feel that you'll be out of your depth.
As a beginner, you'll quickly be shown some basic techniques, just enough to get you going straight into a training session.
As your levels of fitness, ability and knowledge steadily increase, so will the intensity levels of the training session. But always within your capabilities.
For those with previous Thai boxing experience or maybe a higher level of initial fitness. These will be assessed and the training session content and intensity levels will be set accordingly.
Regardless of whether you're a complete Thai boxing beginner or whether you have previous experience, using the tried and tested techniques and training methods of Thai boxing, BKK Muay Thai can help you achieve your fitness goals.
All you'll need to bring with you is some suitable clothing, shorts, leggings, T-shirt etc. The training is done bare foot on mats.
It's always better if you use your own gloves if you have access to any, but no need to worry if you don't, as we will have some that you can use until you feel like you might want to get your own.
